‘We’ is Karrek, its owners or representatives.

General

We reserve the right to alter any information on this website including price and product descriptions without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders.

Terms of Sale

All items are handmade and it is not unusual for materials to be slightly different in shade or shape from those shown or described. The designs however will be the same and any variation will be due to natural variations in the materials used, unless variations are notified or are agreed with Karrek prior to purchase. Items will only be dispatched once payment has been made and credited to our PayPal or bank account depending on payment method.

We may refuse orders paid in currencies other than GBP (£).

In the event of a sale all terms and conditions stated here apply.

Refunds

Refunds will be given up to 45 days from payment being received provided the item is returned at your expense in its original condition. If you wish to return items please contact us first for the correct return address and item reference. We regret we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All orders should be completed within 14 days. In the event it will take longer than this we may contact you to change the order as required or refund your payment. Free postage offers apply to UK addresses only and we reserve the right to invoice customers using overseas addresses for postage costs prior to dispatching their orders if postage was not paid on checkout.

Privacy

We will only use personal information to make and dispatch orders. We do not store personal information for longer than necessary to complete an order, normally 90 days. We have no access to credit card or bank details provided to PayPal and all information shared with them is covered under their own terms and conditions. We will never share your personal information with a third party.
